im not sure what exactly sets off this glitch
but when i use biotioc charge there seems to be a slight chance that it becomes disabled for a brief period
after the cooldown is up

one time after it failed to go off I brought up the power wheel, targetted my opponent, read the description of the power( to make sure there was nothing preventing me from using it) and selected the power. the game beeped as if it had accepted the move there was no line of sight issue (both shep and the target (geth trooper) were out in the open with nothing between them) and when i let go sheperd just stood there and did nothing i brought up the power wheel again and had the same result nothing happened

I have experience similar glitches, where shepard or my teamates ignore commands. I don't know what that is about, and I usually just ignored it and things seemed to begin working again. Never had something break every time.

Yeah this happened to me allll the time with Charge on Tuchanka in a place where you fight tons and tons of Brutes. Cost me at least 3 reloads, it did =\\
