I'm fully specced on my passive, but the slowdown doesn't feel as much as ME2, helping me line up headshots, will my specced passive+a good Concentration mod for my Sniper rifle get me there?
so, I need a Concentration mod to make my Infil feel ME2-ish?

Yes, Concentration mod is pretty much must have for Infiltrators.

Hehheh, true that but shotgun Infiltrator kinda goes against all that I picture Infiltrator to be so I never played them. Matter of taste ofcourse.

If you really want it. Didn't want the Concentration mod taking up a mod slot- preferred more ammo. and penetration. Keeping the reticule roughly over an enemy's head before scoping helped a lot in lining it up, rather than solely relying on the scoped time dilation.
