So we're gonna play a game.
"Today we're gonna do something". Inferred that on this date (specific) we're going to do something (vague). This sentense confirms two things, the date in which something occurs, and you are going to take some sort of action, opposite of nothing(which is also inferred).
So when Bioware says,
"At this time we have no plans to change the ending",
there are a multitude of inferred topics. In this sentense time is specific only to the exact time of the post. It is now the future of that post, and they could have already changed their mind.
Secondly, notice the use of the word "plans". This denotes that they may not be at the stage to plan or have already passed it. It says nothing about their current plans, other than they don't plan on changing the ending specific to the time of the post.
Third, and the most specific piece of the sentence, you have "change the endings". It is crucial to understand that additional DLC that happens after or before the end of the game might tie into the ending, but do not change the ending. For example: say the indoctrination ending is the real ending. So DLC starts with Shepard waking up indoctrinated or not indoctrinated, and the story expands on itself much like broken steel did for Fallout 3.
It is my opinion that if they change the ending that there will be a far greater outcry then the take back mass effect movement about BioWare admittingly selling an incomplete game. This is something they can never do. They can only build upon and add to the current game, and the indoctrination theory is their best escape ladder in my humble opinion.
Bottom line guys, you can't have a knee jerk reaction to every nibble of information that is provided to us. Only with concrete hard evidence should we provide a unified reaction. Don't be fooled by smoke and mirrors.

Hold the line!
