The non-stateside versions come with a separate, second disk of non-English languages, and a built-in test to compare the language that your copy of Windows is set up in against those it has on its second disk. What it's saying is that it can't match the two up. You may have to choose a different local language (for instance, there no longer is any Yugoslavia, and yet that's what it's looking for, erroneously, for Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian languages).

I have no idea who or what contact information is appropriate in your case.

Haven't you tried the first thing that usually work? Changing the language in OS? That should work.

New arrival -- If you tried doing that, why not say so?

Got the same problem. My OS is in Dutch. I managed to install it on a diffrent PC and then drag the installed folder from one PC to another, yet I cannot play Awakening because Dragon Age isn't really installed.. I'd love to see a solution to this.

I have a fix for the "No supported languages found. Please contact Bioware" error during installation.
I first tried to do a manual install that was possible with ME1 (extracting the .rar files manually, etc.), but had issues with flickering GUI and a crash after the intro sequence.

This is for Win7, but should also work for Vista and XP (but the path for step 3 may be different)

Heres is what i did to get a proper install:
1. Copy all files from DVD1 and DVD2 to a folder on your computer. (I actually just copied DVD1 first and waited for it to ask for DVD2 in the install, till i copied the rest)
2. Run Setup.exe, the error will show up again.. don't close the window yet!
3. Go to C:\\Users\\yourUser\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\MassEffect2Temp. There should be a file named Install.exe
4. Copy the Install.exe file to your setup folder from step 1
5. Run install.exe and it should start the setup. :)

How to install the game from DVD without downloading the game through Origin :-
step one: launch ME 3 setup
Step 2: start download in origin
Step 3: origin will ask you where you want to install it (C drive, D drive etc)
Go to the origin window, click the cog/gear in the top right. Go in offline mode.
Step 4: after you go in offline mode begin the installation, it should be installing from the disc now.

Please keep ME-3 discussion where it belongs. This thread is in the DA:O tech discussion forum, so you are way off topic.
