[Best Shinigami]

I just finished a game
on silver a few minutes ago. We earned roughly 30,000 credits, and  I believe
that my credit count was around 4000 before the mission. When the game finished
I immediately went to the store to buy a veteran pack. As soon as I selected
the pack, it said I did not have enough credits to purchase, and I noticed that
my credit count went down to exactly 8500.

That's everthing I did, and I don't know how to repeat it to reproduce the bug. Sorry. What I do know is that my friend that was playing with me did not experience this. I can assume that it only effected me.



It was kind of demoralizing to loose all those
credits without purchasing anything after all that work.

I have beaten 2 rounds of bronze tonight and my credit amount did not raise at all. Your not the only one.

EDIT: I had 4550 credits before those two missions and even though I lasted through all waves, it still is at 4550

This just happened to me as well. Completed a silver mission, saw the reward screen, then when I went to buy a spectre pack the credits weren't there.

Had the same thing happen twice, once on Bronze, thought it was a fluke, then again on Silver. Really annoying thing is that in addition to the credits I also lost all my XP for the games, even though I leveled up a character (after the next loading screen, power/level were reset).

Yeah, I just lost 2 bronze missions worth of credits.

Can I have my 33K of credits back please?

Seemed to be happening the instant I would go to the store. It had the credits to that point, then I go to the store and POOF before I could even select anything.

EDIT: I don't think I lost any xp, but then my char was level 18 so isn't leveling up that fast anyway...

Ditto here, just finished two different Silver matches, and did not receive the 30,000 + credits that I was due for each match.

Me too. I'm on 360, two matches in a row. So...figure the first one started a little less than an hour ago.

Same thing happened to me after i got 2 silver missions, and 1 bronze.

Same deal here, did a silver and bronze match and lost my credits for both of them, plus i lost all my exp for the bronze match....

The same happened to me as well, two bronze missions, credits and exp down the drain. I really wish I could have it back, but if they don't fix this, what is the point of even playing multiplayer?

Same stuff for me as well but in addition to not getting exp/creds my class keeps resetting to the gear that I was using before the match that I lost credits from. I tried to buy a recruit pack to force a sever reconnect but it said "unable to process one or more of your purchases, if this problem persists contact customer support". there doesn't seem to be any official word on this. I dont really expect to get back what I lost but not gaining anything from coop matches is a bummer.

Same boat as well - have finished 3 missions with my level 14 engineer, achievement popped for hitting rank 15, but my engineer is still level 14 and no credits were saved.

However, I have noted that my galactic readiness rating has still increased after each match.

Two bronze missions in a row, no credits gained. Also unable to purchase from the store. My buddy I was playing with did not have any issues.

After two matches, yeah, same thing happened to me: lost both credits and experience. Gave me a "try again later" message when buying from the store.

I was the host in my game.

in having the same issue before i lost connection with the server and now stuck in a infinite load screen

I just finished a game on silver and got nothing. My friend in the match with me had the same problem. 31k missing credits.

lost credits/exp after going to store, after next match didn't go to store because did want to loose it again exited group after match was over and lost credits/exp again

This just happened to me too. I didn't recieve my credits after two silver matches.

 I experienced this with three different silver matches tonight. I hit level 14 twice (after the first and the third). After the first match, I dropped from about 31k to 5625 credits. After the second, it was around 12k to 5625. After the third, I had 36k and even avoided going into the store to try to avoid the problem. Instead, as soon as I exited the lobby I was dropped to 5625.

I'm really nervous mostly that since my only complete silver reaper mission was during this time I won't get credit for completion.

However, all three of these matches I played with my roommate who didn't experience any of this.

It sounds like server problems which makes me feel like we will not get those credits back. I wonder if it effected the few people who buy packs using Microsoft points.
