Just happened to my little brother three times in a row. He too got his only reaper silver kill and was awarded the credits only to have them disappear. I'm worried that he won't get the pack due to it...

Played three matches. Happened three times in a row.

Play a match. Earn a ton of XP and credits. Everything is fine. Go to store after match to buy Spectre pack, back down to 35,000 credits and XP bar is down to level 19 start. What. The. Frig. This is getting ridiculous.

I experienced this all as well, could not get any credits or xp points. Had to promote or reconfigure a class multiple times because it "forgot" I did it the first time. I also had some weird in game stuff happen.

Well I am done if the stats dont count and I cant get the credits why waste the time

same thing has happened to me I was playing a level 7 soilder just finished the game got about 30k brigning my total to 60k from completeling the mission and got my guy up to about lvl 10 i go to the store to try and buy the sepcter pack and my totalt drop back down to 46k

Happend to me. Played 2 silver matches. Leveled up twice and both times lost all credit and exp.

It's probably safest to stop playing for a while in case this doesn't get fixed in a manor that reimburses credits or XP.

I contacted a game adviser and they told to me to go to the forums. No help at all.

Thanks for trying. At the very least, they should be aware of a problem which is progress.

Same here! 3 bronze winnings and no money or XP.
Adept level 18... First I did find odd that my power reseted it self between matches but then I found a reason for that I want my xp and money! most the money but yeah...

I noticed that hosts were disconnecting from games pretty often tonight. After one host disconnected mid game we got dumped in the lobby and since then I was not able to claim any more earned money. I was effectively stuck with a measly 7075 credits for a little while. After a few games I saw some more host connection issues but was finally able to earn money again and level up. Unfortunately the next time I was able to upgrade powers I noticed that the points I had already spent on powers were no longer accounted for and the power slots were open again. I re-spent my points on the same power upgrades and then went to the store for some equipment packs. After making my equipment pack purchase I got a message saying something about my transaction not going through and to contact customer service if it happens again. The awesome part is that I lost all the money I had accumulated and was once again at 7075 credits and no equipment pack. Even more awesome was that the points I used to re-upgrade my powers didn't stick and the upgrade slots are open but my points are used up .What is going on??? Is nothing reliable in this game?

If bioware is having a problem they should tell us instead of keeping it in the dark I've stopped playing due to this issue I'm only 650 credits away from getting a spectre can't get it money isnt adding up vanishs into thin air as soon as I enter store. Hopefully They have a reason I would be on assisting with the brutes which still no clue if we reached the goal but I'm not doing it to get nothing and who knows if the brutes are adding up this problem could be effecting it too

hey either the same bug or a slightly similar one hit me and my friends on 360 tonight. we finished up a silver match and then entered the store only to find all the credits we had just earned to have disappeared. we also ended up losing our exp from the match. this happend again after we played a quick bronze match to check on things. we didnt have anything become locked out but we did find that if we had started a new character that they were deleted after the match too.

I did find that after completely shutting down my 360 and starting back up that this bug didn't persist. I did a solo bronze match and was able to keep both the Xp and Credits. Hope this helps those still trying to play.

Happened to me too, 3 bronze rounds, credits and experience gone for rank18 sentinel.

I turned of my system and started it back up. I went back into multiplayer and played a bronze match and received my credits and experience like normal. Still don't have the credits I lost though. Didn't try a silver match.

I'll have to wait until tomorrow until I try again. I am too tired to find out now. I guess I am ok with it if it's working again, but I would like to see my credits and XP given back. I'll just have to see what happens in the morning.

Try spending MSP and having everything you buy just disappear... I feel for you though. I wonder if there is anyway to track how much credits you earned/lost so they can you reimburse you guys. Even a free pack would suffice for everyone who suffered at least IMO. Ugh, I love the game but there's so many bugs and glitches that get in the way...

Sounds like this has only been happening in the past 12 hours. Which is strange, because they rolled out the fix to the other bug 2 days ago. I'm wondering if it's server side issues and nothing to do with that fix.

To be fair to Bioware, this DID happen Sunday night. I wouldn't expect any sort of response from them officially until later today.
