Yeah would definitely like to be reimbursed for the 200k I've lost due to issues with EA's server. Just burns my biscuit...

I contacted the help centre with the issue and received this response:

Sounds like total BS to me, but maybe if enough people complain they'll actually come around to doing something about it.


I definitly haven't got anything back, and I am not holding my breath either, but I am a little heated that they would send a message like this.

Well, losing my credits has only happened to me on one occasion, so maybe it was just some random thing. I don't really care about getting any kind of reimbursement, I just want it fixed to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Just happened to me less than 10 mins ago. One gold run = 0 xp or points, One bronze run = same thing...
