 I am awarded credits at the end of match. These credits are shown correctly. (i.e. had 1,000 awarded 15,000 and now shows 16,000.) When I try to buy something in the store, my credits reset to 1,000 and I do not recieve anything. This has happened two times in a row.

I am not in ready status. I also leveled up my powers just before the attempted purchase, the selected powers were saved, but the store purchase and credits didn't register, as I said before.

*CORRECTION*

Powers did display correctly, but now that I've logged in again. I didn't keep anything.

This just happened to me. I just posted about it. I had earned roughly 30,000 credits and previously had about 4,000, and it reset to exactly 8,500. It didn't happen to my friend that was in the same game.

Same here.

Just did a Gold match, finished it, full extraction, and yet when I go to the store, I tells me purchase failed and my credits reset to what I had BEFORE the match.

Did the same to me finished gold,vs cerberus, on firebase white and reset my credits and my level. Its now telling me "checking downloadable content..." and will not budge

It did the same thing to me was on Gold, full extraction, vs cerberus. Get back to the menu and said i leveled up to 16 an had 97000 credits placed my points and went to the store and it reset my credits an my level. Dashboarded an now all it says is "checking downloadable content..."

 Same thing happened to me. I had over 60,000 credits, went to buy a pack from the store and credits got reset to 2,500.

That's rough. Now I feel bad about complaining about my silver victory.

Played three matches. Happened three times in a row.

Play a match. Earn a ton of XP and credits. Everything is fine. Go to store after match to buy Spectre pack, back down to 35,000 credits and XP bar is down to level 19 start. What. The. Frig. This is getting ridiculous.

I had gotten some credits from a run on silver vs. Reapers, and I noticed my money stayed at 39875.  I did an unsuccessful gold run vs. Reapers but up to wave 6's goal completed, and I stayed at the same balance.  Then I did a successful run on gold vs. Geth.  I seen my credits went up to 114 k.  I went to the store, and my credits reverted back to 39875, and stayed that way.  I was quite frustrated with that because it all felt like wasted effort, and my consumables were still used up.  I'm not as worried about my supply of anything except medigels, I always seem to run low on those, even though I don't seem to use them that frequently.  All in all, I lost around +130 k.

This happened to me as well. Twice in a row. Earned enough credits to go from around 5000 to above 20000. Entered the store to buy an equipment pack, and the new credits disappeared. Total was back to 5000. Lost about 50000 credits, overall. Might not be the end of the world, tis true, but I'm having the devil's own time unlocking the Turian Sentinel, and this just cost me two or three chances.
