Okay so the second time through Dragon Age now, I decided to be a ****y little elf rogue, and got cocky, killed wynne in the circle tower and now I'm wondering if I....screwed myself..? :innocent:
Oops, I killed her! XD

Screwed yourself... how?
You killed an optional character. You can still beat the game. In fact, I've done it as have plenty of others.

Think I only had Wynn with me a couple times, I took Morrigan everywhere. Only thing I did was buy an Arcane tome or something in Denerim and gave Morrigan spirit healer, for some heal and revival.

Alright, just wondering, I used her the first time constantly, because she was a healer, but if I doesn't make any difference, then woo!

I would suggest building Morrigan as a healer. It can be done without, but since you're not playing a mage it would certainly be easier if Morrigan can heal. That's what I'm doing with my current playthrough.

Ahhh good to know, i think there's that arcane tome to purchase at the quartermaster in the circle tower, I'll get that afterwards
thanks
Like I said, this is only my second run through, so I'm still dabbling.

Hold on, where do you get that specialization tome? What shop in Denerim?

I thought I saw an arcane tome from the quartermaster, the bottom of the mages tower, when all the abominations are running around.

Well, is it actually there? I don't remember it being there.

I thought I bought it at the Wonders of Thedes in Denerim. It's at one of the merchants, you'll find it. But yeah was handy to give Morrigan Revival and some heal ability.

I'm almost 100% positive it's down there, I can't go look now, I'm in the middle of cleansing the tower so I'm locked out of there.

There is an arcane knowledge book, sold at the quartermaster in the circle tower.

I know, it doesn't teach spirit healer, but my point is, there's some arcane know;edge book down there.

That's the tome I used to unlock Spirit Healer for Morrigan.

LoL. Well, i used Wynne for a couple of quests, specifically for the Juggernaut (sp?) tombstone fights, but her nag naggy attitude used to bother the hell out of me (i usually play nasty when it comes to bioware games) . So I just killed her
*SPOILER*
... when i decided to poison the ashes, so shed get a hollywood finish. After that, being a mage, i bought the spirit healer tome and ive done quite alright. I still have to fight the blight so, who knows, but im thinking it is definitely doable.
I don't think i could stop myself from killing wynne on the next playthrough.
