Unfortunate Adventures in Ferelden - aka - OMG, Ogre Crotch

No escaping the ogre crotch. Oh Maker.
Other sad or disturbing bits:
Kissing Alistair, but he's...turned to the side and I'm apparently tonguing the edge of his helmet. Kinky.
Alistair's lips when he kills the Archdemon. Wait...mouths do that? I'm not sure kissing you was a good idea, or you just weren't trying hard enough for me.
Zevran joining my party for his crisis point, going to Howe's residence, putting on disguises...and then Zevran can no longer wear his default gear inexplicably. Nakee Zevran for the dungeon fights. Oh, oh dude. Unnecessary. This is not Fable and you're not gaining anything with a boast here.
What are your unfortunate adventures in Ferelden?

Weird bits of sound file showing up in weird places. Darkspawn pounding on Alistair and him saying "Oh...thank you...that's very nice."

Love scene with Alistair still fully armored. I didn't know he was a puritan. Also, talk about bad chafing.
Honey...just bring that...segmented gauntlet thing...leave the rest.

Once I was talking to Aliester in camp, right after a nightmare about the archdemon, and some reason the camera focused on Alistair's crotch the entire time. The shading on his armor made it appear like he'd pissed his pants.
Some of the spell effects are funny. Sex with group buffs turned on. It's almost like Lel is a voyeur.
I can just hear it now:
"Lel, for crying out...turn it off, he's glowing pink!"
*musical giggle*
"That's not funny! And it's not his color!"

The only oddity I had was not having Alistair in the party while meeting the knight in Lothering's Chantry. When he was telling me about Arl Eamon being sick, the camera temporarily cut to where Alistair would have been standing, but of course nobody was there so I got to see a blurry templar in the distance. It was only a few seconds, but noticeable.
And yes, Leliana's lips and facial expressions while singing... Start the song, look away from the screen. Much better. Also the echo and chorus does not fit the open campfire scene one bit.
For the most part I've had very normal game experiences.

The conversation with Alister where he's trying to figure out if you want to pursue the MM romance is hard to tolerate.
Which? There is no MM romance option with Alistair.
You can ask him if he's had sex, but that's generic.

Darn, I haven't encountered any such oddities yet. Hilarious. Well, the ogre crotch thing would happen if I could ever force myself to play a dwarf beyond the origin.

I got stuck in a weird loop where I had to do the fade sequences over and over. There's that weird lag between finishing an encounter and having a cutscene trigger, (I've gotten to the habit of counting to 15 slowly before trying anything...) I'd trigger convincing them to leave, trigger a battle, and then not wait...and be right back to triggering the convincing again, with nothing to talk to and nothing to kill, just bizarre displaced text and blank space.
Otherwise sometimes the archdemon's been dead for two minutes before the final scene is triggered because Alistair's moved on to kill some random Genlock in the corner...

Stop toying with my emotions!
Also, that reminds me, if you do the console cheat to start a relationship with Alistair with a male (human) character, who are taller than the women, it looks like Alistair is trying to give you a hickey when he kissed you.

Hey, tell me about it. My male character showered him with gifts and I kept expecting him to fall for it. Nothing. NOTHING. I finally had to look it up that he doesn't like guys. Well...damn.
Oh, those kiss animations are really bad. And it's disturbing. There's the kiss right before he slays the archdemon, and it's turned to the side, he's kissing air. And his hands never...quite...make it to cupping anything, they're just...weird.
And the X-Box version was swelling music and "Awww..." I can barely stand the computer version because there are these squishyface sounds that give me the urge to laugh and cringe simultaneously. Not quite as immersive unless I hit mute fast.

There was also the time Alistair and my warrior PC apparently killed an ogre at the same time, because they performed the finishing move on the ogre simultaneously. A lot of room to stand on an ogre's chest, really.
But my favorite might be during the last leg of the game when you return to Redcliffe only to find it under attack by Darkspawn. As a mage, I fought my way up to the courtyard and was low on mana, so I used the Power of Blood spell that sacrifices health to restore mana, you know where the animation has you cut your own neck and a fountain of blood spews out. Well, just as the animation started, the battle ended and the Redcliffe soldiers ran over to talk to me, then took me inside to speak to Arl Eamon. The blood-fountaining-from-neck animation played all throughout the ensuing convos, at times filling up the screen so much I couldn't even see the characters. By the time all was done with, my PC should've died of blood loss a dozen times over.

Oooh yeah! There was one time (no, not at band camp) but fighting the archdemon where the final battle ended during a fire AOE. I spent the entire epilogue on fire.

I had something similar happening with the High Dragon where both my female PC and Alistair went for the kill. Dragonslaying is something that a couple can do together, I suppose.

Force fielding anyone who's being chomped on by a dragon is always fun, the positions they get frozen in..
accidentally clicking on an npc romancing my pc just after a battle, seeing them flirt with bits of dark spawn entrails hanging of their ears.

i had that happen last game too. the funniest part was that it was right after my female PC had seduced Alistair, and the animation made it look like they were simultaneously humping and stabbing the ogre together.

Leliana freaked out once over me and Morrigan, saying stuff like "You're splashing through her swamp!"
It doesn't happen if you avoid telling her she's beautiful or charming...and basically have no sense of humor or sense of teasing someone. When in doubt, be clinical. Though...not with Zevran, he digs that.
It's hard to know that someone is involved with you against your will if you trigger something and then their approval slowly builds until they're a jealous ball o' camp napalm.
It's blown up on me enuogh and I've screwed my approval so many times by sudden -25 losses that I try to avert my eyes if I'm not talking to my current focus of adoration. It took me four games to learn how NOT to flirt.
