I pulled Oghren out of my party before returning to the assembly. So during the cut scene the camera cut to an empty space and still played Oghren's lines of dialogue. No one seemed to notice his voice coming from thin air.

I liked talking to the mouse in the fade while I was still on fire from killing one of the lava demon guys (rage demons I guess is their name?)

When escaping Fort Draken with Alistair I decided that I didn't wanted to be half naked, so I shapeshifted into a bear.... but the game apparently got very offended that my female character wasn't half naked anymore, and instead of a mighty bear it turned me into a deformed bear, with two butts and no head, floating above the ground.
