Seriously, the automatic scan is a fine idea, except it's pointless when it doesn't even work. And their PR doesn't want to help you fix it.
Why does this even matter? Well, when you don't have the game registered, you can't even post in the other ME3 sections. Talk about a pain. Let's stop complaining about the ending for two seconds and realize the bigger villain here is EA, not Bioware.
EA needs to make it easier to register our games.
