Prothean gaming. Heck yea.
Fighting off reapers as commander Javik
recruit primitive versions of Hanar, Drell and etc.
Some "what if" stuff
The "true" (statis pod) ending
What if could change what influence we use on the hanar homeworld(making them the superpower over asari even?)
defeating the reapers or losing the prothean empire completly even Javik and the crucible
Some new races that went extinct? Maybe because of the protheans?

Sequels
Would be much harder from the endings but it could be assuming the "true" or "best" ending.
Could happen in a few years revolvign aroud Raloi reaquiring space travel and Yagh following citadel law, then some new things. Commander Shepard could be mentioned maybe even cameoed? The squad too, just import that, and (since so many can be dead) have little dialogue with them (they are too old to fight if even alive, probably only Wrex and Liara)
