Well, i'll try to make a list but first:

ME3 CE - Italian for Xbox 360, Both Discs installed on Hard Drive

- You already know about Grissom Academy 
- You already know about Thessia turret
- Pinnacle station have a name of a planet
- And a planet in the same system as Pinnacle Station have this name.
- On Citadel, the first time you go here, you can "support" Tali or a Researcher, after that on the map you can see the name researcher and not Tali.
- Happening on Xbox version and PC version, on the game a lot of dialogue are hard to read/listen. They begin to talk before the line of the other one have ended, this appen from Prologue to near the end.
