In Origin, I bought the DLC for "From Ashes". However, I can't seem to download it. I have crappy internet connection and every time it cuts out, the download starts all over. (This doesn't happen with other downloads in Origin-they start from where it left off) Is it possible to get the DLC on another computer with good connectivity and then transfer it to mine with maybe a USB?

Exactly the same issue here! Highest it did was about 25% - have no issues with other downloads whatsoever! Seems there isn't a solution yet. No update even after the initial post which is 2 weeks old
