Contracts, as in you're some sort of bounty hunter.
That makes sense, because we actually do get credits for those rounds.

Let's ask this guy;
Um... ask him what? ![]()

Don't feed the animals, not even the sad looking, crippled ones.

But don't the sad looking, crippled ones need the most attention?

Well, all I say to say to that is...

Yes, but they will always come back to visit you. They may have infectious diseases, such as rabies, lyme disease, or gonoherpesyphilaids, which could spread throughout your keyboard and then throughout your household.
I understand, that when facing Cerberus there is a minimal chance, that someone 'important' will be on battlefield, however, the SP campaign contradicts it.
But key enemy Geth Platforms and key enemy husks (including key enemy Cannibals) is just stupid (and against the established lore, hurr durr, the geth being basically a swarm mind with everybody equal and husks being mindless shells). I know that MP is just for some dumb shoot'em up fun, but it would be nice to hear some plausible reasons for killing the marked targets.
it does not matter if they are actual targets on any objective wave who are important, the reapers are everywhere and have unlimited resources to advance a wave till wave 11 extraction
the ones that kill you during any match are important and for that *kill* they owned you
awww too bad epeen destroyed yay!! ![]()
+1 for a team mate who rez you before a stomp ![]()
If for any reason you actually see a Cannabis objective wave, esp on PC Mustard matches, then you can probably guess what BSNers to suspect for a modded game you are now playing/ed ![]()
OP weapons and OP power builds do not help you in these cases
I wish they did make more sense, considering MP affects SP.

I take it, that you wouldn't mind if the announcer said sth like "these Geth ruined my lawn last weekend, obliterate them". The amount of fun stays the same.
I wouldn't mind at all. That's as good a reason as any to kill the bastards.
Can't wait for your reply.

I rather like the idea there is some lowly functionary in Alliance intelligence who is just really bored of his job and randomly flagging enemy troops as strategic targets.
Given how the Alliance seem to run the rest of their operations, it's a distinct possibility.

nah, its the over-enthusiastic new guy
I love this thread
LMFAO, thanks for bumping it... wouldn't have seen it otherwise. Whenever I get targets, I think to myself, I've been killing things that look like you all match, what makes you so ****ing special?
I really wish they would've introduced some unique enemies for the target waves. Like those crazy ass bosses from single player ME2. Give me a biotic marauder with warp, cluster grenades, and barriers on top of shields on top of health (triple stack). Oh, and make him immune to missiles. Now that would be a challenge.
