Am I The Only Person Who Thinks ME2 Was Better?

The way the suicide mission played out and the amount of choice you could make as it went that could result in squad mate deaths was fantastic and engaging. I expected something similar but on a larger scale in this game. Instead I was just shooting at the same Reaper hordes I'd shot at all game, with no clue or control over the outcome of my friends or the war as a whole.
There were 12 squad mates who were more fleshed out than the 6 we had here. BioWaresaod they cut squad mates down so they could focus on them and give them more story. The squad mates in this game barely had more to say than DLC characters Kasumi and Zaeed.
Game world felt larger, more diverse and alive. Our mission to recruit 12 people for a suicide mission seemed to take us to such varied parts of the galaxy.
I controlled the story and my Shepard, instead of sitting back and watching a scene of BioWare's choices roll.
What I can't forgive is how Bioware is now making games worse than their prequels. When you can't even hit the same notes as the first game you made then something is wrong. First it happened with DA and now with ME. If Bioware is so desperate to make an FPS then just ale a new IP and do it. But stop trying to repackage games and slyly give us a serial which is nothing like the game we originally loved.

Beyond the fact the MP is pretty much 100% targeted at shooter players. It has zero RPG value.

I felt groggy after finishing ME3, went to the fridge and had two beers. Then I said: "Damn, I just saw the perfect simulation of defecation."

WHAT?!
While the endings are bad, I hope they don't overshadow the other lazy problems with this game.

Thats why i respect and love metal gear sold 3. If snake conveniently ended up in a complex with keycards 1-6 again...running back and forth just so they could repeat that formulae then thats just lazy

ME2 was great but the watered down citadel and less exploration hurt it.
ME3...

I personally think ME2 was better because of the variety of outcomes you can get, And the Omega music. And the general tone wasn't depressing as ****.
but we all can agree that me3 had the better overall continuity story for me1 right despite the whole eavesdropping into convos thing

ME1 still stands the best of all three. Sadly it has gotten worse and worse with every installment, somehow.

It did some cool things with the combat and the presentation but they did the same but better in ME3 so i can't think of much that ME2 had that wasn't done better in the other two games except the variety of characters. In the other games the characters are too similar to each other.
But yeah ME2 is my least favorite it feels the most flawed to me. It also didn't have endings that were that great but it could get away with it since it was a cliffhanger ending.
And what the heck was going on with the Human Baby Reaper? I never quite got that and anyones explaination of it still makes no sense to me.

No. There are plenty of people who agree that ME2 was better, I literally fell in love with the suicide mission and then ending of ME2.
Mmm...me too. The suicide mission and ending were so EPIC I felt like a total badass. It was the culmination of all the hard work Shepard put into recruiting people and gaining their loyalty. I actually reloaded the suicide mission a couple times so I could relive that feeling.
Now I want to replay ME2.

There isn't really anything about it i dislike, heck i even enjoy planet scanning.
Not playing ME3 until ending debacle fixed but from what i've seen, it looks worse in totality than the previous 2. (based upon things that put me off/bother me)
