Ok I was reading Lethality and it said it take your cunning for your dmg if its higher then str, but say I going to use a bow does would the bow dmg come from the cunning or what it should be by the DEX. Also if I going to use a Dagger here and there could I use the 3 points to get Lethality?
What are the both 2 specialization for a Stealth Rogue? I going to play the game the first time with a party maybe up to when I get both Specialization then I may make a new game.
I mainly want to use bow (Long Range) but I need some point into dagger for any close fight.

To be honest, Archer Rogues benefit most from Ranger, while Duelist seems to be a Dual Wield Rogue. The other two can be used in either, but Bard + Ranger for Archers and Duelist + Assassin for Dual Wields seem to be how the game works best.
Lethality works for bows by dealing the damage done for criticals by using Cunning rather than Strength, which is perfect for stealth rogues who need a minimum of 22 to take Master Stealth.
However, I don't know why, but neither build is extremely good. If you take a Rogue, you will still need another Rogue if you want to give your character a lot of combat skills early on but equally want to be able to get rare equipment. Which takes away a slot which you'd prefer to have (prob.) Shale or a similar Tank-like character.
My main character at the moment (almost completed the game), is a Dalish Duel-Wield Rogue, and I only have one bar full in the Duel-Wield section. However, I have full Stealth Bar, full Lockpick Bar and a full Assassin Bar with this character, because I initially used Sten w/ dual Mage for a good portion of the game, before switching Morrigan out for Leliana when she become too cumbersome for the playstyle I was using.
I don't know much about Dueling, as I haven't put much effort into raising the skills. However, I'd imagine that it works, but it's much more effective with a dagger.
