I recently tried to go on the ME3 forum in an
attempt to report the problem I'm having -which is every time I purchase a spectre
pack it fails, and when I back out of game and come back in I find that my
credits have disappeared and I haven't received my items. I even had checked to
see if there was anything new like what happened with the bug on the
Multiplayer Beta- it reported that I couldn't post on the ME3 forum and I took
a look at the FAQ to see what was wrong. It said that I may have needed to own
the game and have it registered on my social.bioware. After checking my status
I am to believe that I have indeed registered my game and such.

Is it possible I could get any help here?
I honestly have no idea what's going wrong.
