I would also like to see this as well. I wont touch Apple devices (mainly due to the stupidly high markup for the "Apple" name), but I would like to have the datapad app for my Android.

Similar thread here

Quoting my post with reference to what Chris Priestly stated in that thread (via Twitter).

(Had hoped there would be a bit more communication from Bioware on their own forums than via social networking sites).

Why should there be demand for it? Not everyone has an Iphone?

Defender trophy/achievement requires 100% Galactic Readiness - for those people who don't play multiplayer for whatever reason it is an unachieveable feat. I find it odd that the other multiplayer trophy/achievements have an 'OR' requirement yet that particular one doesn't.

Chris Priestly - That is a lame excuse - you should be catering for all consumers who buy your products not just an elite section?

It all boils down to 'business decisions'. You just use a different phrase.

Technical limitations 'console' is excluded... There are currently no plans, etc.

Please don't take us for mugs.

Thanks.

I concurr. Datapad for Android please. I was all interested when I would get to deploy fleets while going about my regular day. To only have it dashed when I saw that only if you have an apple product you get it.

No way in hell Im buying anything from apple. 50-60% markup just for the stupid apple logo...no thx.

Plus android os is just better. its that simple.

So YES PLEASE DATAPAD ON ANDROID! :D

That would be nice. But fix the endings first.

Yes. Android has the largest share of the Smartphone market, it boggles the mind why it has not gotten one.

First the face issues ... the the ending issues ... and this crap. If you don't have live or something form apple you are really out of luck when you are trying to get Readiness . That is kind of uncool.

I read last week that Windows Phone 7 had fallen from 3% to 2% of the market. I doubt anyone is rushing to make apps for it.
