honestly....does the warden's keep DLC suck because all I hear about it is that it has a storage space...like that is the best feature of the DLC.....Is there no other redeeming qualities in the DLC......

It's probably going to be worth it on its own, I think the reason that this is pointed out so often is that the storage space thing is (for many people at least, probably will be for me too, as I like hoarding stuff that 'might become useful at some point' in RPG's) a fix for a flaw in the original game and thus more something to be solved with a patch, not a bonus to get for buying the DLC.

But who knows, maybe they'll patch something like a chest to put your stuff in into the standard camp at some point, naturally this isn't an issue for us PC users, but I feel with the consoleros...

I dont feel for them. You want all the goodies us PCers get? Then buy a PC and get DAO for the PC. If youre posting here I would think that you have a PC. I mean it seems like PC games are a dying market these days anyway, so if I can get a one up on the console gamers the more the merrier for me. Oh and BTW, yes I do have a console, a PS3.

It certainly does seem like he is complaining that you can't hold more than 60 different suits of plate mail at the same time.

I'm sure lots of console owners post here. And I do think Tom Chick is being a bit sarcastic to justify his packrat-ism. I'll be buying Warden's Keep as soon as the forum settles down enough for me to register my game. I don't think it was planned solely as a vehicle to sell storage space after purposely witholding it. But extra storage space was recognized as something people want, and will definitely be an incentive for some people to buy the dlc.

If I didn't have the pc version, I'd probably still pay the $7 just for the convenience factor. That's just me, I'd rather have it and not need it, than not have it and want it. It's not nearly as annoying as having to pay a system access fee every month on my mobile phone.
