I was outraged that when I romanced Cortez the scene turned black and while I romanced Samantha there were clear scenes between them, I feel like BioWare is turning homophobic and I honestly expected something like male warden and Zevran scenes from DA:O, please support this thread so that Cortez can have a peoper romance scene, thank you

You seriously cannot be serious, homophobia would have meant not even touching the subject with a stolen pole and then damning us all to hell for wanting it in the first place.

Yeah, which is why Miranda's sex scene faded to black and half the old romances don't even HAVE sex scenes. The malehsep/Kaidan romance was probably one of the most explicit, fleshed out, and tender gay romances in video game history (their sex scene didn't fade to black if you were wondering, we even know Kaidan was on top.) and even Shep/Cortez made out on screen and it showed post-sex naked cuddling. Frankly, Bioware is THE most progressive video game company out there when it comes to LGBT romances. There's not even any contest.

All that being said, Cortez's romance sucked. But that had nothing to do with it being gay, it just didn't have any substance.

I like Steve's romance, there is much more to it than just the "sex scene".  Sure I wish they'd did the night like mShep+Kaidan, but they didn't.

Yeah.

You can be unique and not screw over other romances.

Compare Miranda to Jack.

Jack has an emotional scene where she comes crying to Shepard and needs him and is vulnerable.

Miranda is fully open to Shepard and they have kinky Biotic sex in the Engine Room.

Or Garrus to Thane...

Thane enters Shepard's room; illprepared on the eve of battle and his fear of death shames him.

Garrus wants to make Shepard happy and does his best to 'woo' her when he already had done so.

I got what you were saying, and to me it's stupid that you're happy that Liara/Ash/Kaidan get full sex-scenes while Garrus/Tali/Steve/Miranda/Jack get fade-to-black

Just be glad you Steve fans got a meaningful start to the relationship. We Samantha fans get a cheesy shower scene, and the real "Buildup" requires everybody's favorite Turian to be KIA on the Suicide mission.

pour moi la romance de cortez est émouvante , et perso je le trouve mignon . mais pour certain instant avec lui j aurais aimer plus de sentiment de câlin ou de complicité ! la seul chose qui montre la complicité de leur relation amoureuse c'est nous le commandant shepard qui dit " Steeve" au lieu de lieutenant quand on fait la romance avec lui . même avec le dlc léviathan ! alors je contribue a ce tuto pour obtenir une romance plus accomplit avec lui svp bioware faite le pour les lgtb du monde qui sont heureux d'avoir enfin de la diversité sexuels dans les jeux MERCI A VOUS .

Personally, I'd take it as a mercy that Steve gets a fade-to-black. I have yet to see a pixelated sex scene in any of BioWare's games that didn't look exceeding awkward.

I considered it a triumph that BioWare finally figured out how to render kissing.
