Gamestop doesn't show it, but the Dragon Age website says the regular edition gets Stone Prisoner. Is this correct? If so, is it packaged with the game or do I need to make sure a Gamestop employee gets me a proper rave card?

The rave card should be inside the case.

It's package inside the DVD case in a form of a rave card. You also get with it is the blood dragon armor too.
