I saw this on the Demand a Better Ending Facebook group. Someone named Marauder Shields posted it. Really no way to prove it's true but I thought it was worth posting here.

because I was afraid if I used my BSN/Origin name to post it on the
forums I'd get banned from all my games. If someone here posts on the
Bioware forums, please post this over there.

I have a close friend who works not with Bioware but with a third party that helps with
their public relations/fan community management. This friend
told me that they are being instructed to pose as fans on the Bioware
forums saying that they love the ending, love the game and don't want
anything changed etc. Obviously, the intent is to drown out the
negativity from most of us who actually hated the endings.

I can't confirm/prove any of this obviously since I've sworn not to reveal
anything further about it since this friend would rather not lose
his/her job. Hearing this just really ticked me off, and I had to tell
people."

Seems unlikely...but who really knows at this point?
