In my first playthrough I did not encounter Dr.Chakwas or Dr.Michel in my ME2 import, in my second playthrough they did. Why is this? Dr. Chakwas survived the <spoiler> Collector base attack. <_<
Dr.Chakwas and Dr.Michel don't appear in ME2 import in first playthrough?

My friend has this issue as well. No doctors, and no Thane, even though he completed all loyalty missions and everyone survived in ME2. It'd be nice if someone had an answer for this issue.
