Upon start-up, Origin keeps saying my "From Ashes" DLC is corrupted, and please try and download it again. Naturally they offer no way of doing so. How can I rectify this? I have the N7 DeLuxe Digital Edition.

Oh, and I can't talk to the C-Sec guy at the Presidium: he just sits there, frozen, behind his desk.

In Origin, right click Mass Effect 3 and select 'repair install'. See if that fixes it.

Thanks, but that made no difference.

Did you try repairing the installation of From Ashes or just the full game? Press the 'i' icon on Mass Effect 3, right click From Ashes, then repair install.
