During cutscenes the game will often cut to a static, ragdoll-like display of Shepherd and other characters depending on the scene. The error is consistant, and always shows in the same places. The first occurance is during the evac scene on Earth during the prolog, and the issue persists through various cutscenes throughout the game, including the ending. The glitch with the ending is especially bad as it causes events to be played out of order. Below is a non-spoiler image of the glitch during the ending sequence.
