As the title says I need to know how to change the hold to aim system into click to toggle aim. I know it doesn't look like a big deal but as a disabled person this is really making the game terribly hard to play. I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance.
Help with Coalesced.bin for aim toggle, please

off topic slightly but I’m surprised I haven’t seen much about Coalesced.bin for Mass 3.
Is there a thread out there I’m missing or are tweaks just not going to happen for this one because of the encryption?

I wrote bout this via twitter on both me3 and casey hudson's account before release and nobody answered. I know some people are tweaking it for gamepad support and so but no one has yet tried what I need. It's sad such a simple option wasn't in the game, so now the community is my only hope.

I can't use gamepads, my hands can't hold it while pressing the buttons. All I ask for is a way to toggle aim on/off, not having to hold to aim.

Some of the tweaks could be useful to reduce my hands movement. Is there any penalty/chance of ban or something for it? Thx in advance.Animositisomina wrote...

Go to the section bioinput.sfxgame.sfxgamemoddefault.bindings
Near the top is the section
( Name="RightMouseButton", Command="Shared_Aim" )
Change that to
( Name="RightMouseButton", Command="TightAim | OnHold 0.1 StopTightAim" )
This will enable toggle zoom, and disable it if you hold the mouse button for a small length. (Tapping it won't work.)
Of course, this will bind it to the RightMouseButton. You will need to rebind it manually if you want it to be a different key.
Reset the controls to default when you start the game for it to take effect.
Hope this helps.

You don't really need to edit the Coalesced.bin for this. Download AutoHotkey and use this script:
#IfWinActive Mass Effect 3 ahk_class LaunchUnrealUWindowsClient
$RButton::
If NotPushed := Not NotPushed
Send {RButton Down}
Else
Send {RButton Up}
Return
#IfWinActive

Else
Send {RButton Up}
Return
#IfWinActive
