Biotic charge often dosent work even though cool down is over.
If bio charge after death I float around when revived.

Yup, I had this too. In the multiplayer, sometimes the vanguard doesn't want to charge. I could be mashing the "Y" button and nothing. I think it's due to lag.

Don't mash down on the Y, It tends to think you are holding the button down I believe , press it rhythmically instead.

It is annoying... I can't partake in the killings and if I float up (or down sometimes) into infinity and then my team mates die it forces me to quit the match and if they dont die they promptly kick me for not being able to do anything 7 times out of 10. It won't stop me from playing Mp but it is a bug that should definitely be fixed ~:-\\
