Hi, I purchased the "From Ashes" DLC shortly after starting to play the game, and for some reason it never showed up during my playthrough.  I have now completed the game, and at no point was I able to partake in the DLC content that I paid for.  I would ilke this to be remedied, somehow.

Did you try downloading it again sometimes something happens during the download causeing it not to be in the game. This happens in many games. I'm not sure what other issue it could be maybe your connection isn't downloading correctly. I've had a simlair problem I just redownloaded it as it worked

I did. Still doesn't show up.

Clicking "Download again" doesn't fix broken content most of the time, you have to access your HDD and delete the corrupt content and then redownload it... just saying.

I'll try that. Right now I'm just irritated that the content I spent 10 dollars on isn't in the game.

Had the same problem. I had a (fairly unpleasant) chat with an EA sales representative, who informed me that my account (as verified by my email) does not show any purchase history.

I'll be calling Microsoft and go from there.

Same problem here. Didn't show up and I'll try redownloading it later today. Hope it works!

I am though much of the game and it had not shown up for me either. I went back to my hard drive, deleted the DLC and then re-downloaded it. Bingo. The Ashes shows up as a mission.

Key is to delete what is on your HD first. Hope that helps.

Just curious. And may seem like a bad question but it has been overlooked before. Did you read your mail to pick up the Eden Prime mission? There was someone before claiming they couldn't do it and later found out because he didn't read his mail is all it was. So not overlooking step 1.

Deleted the DLC from the HDD and downloaded it again yesterday and it all worked great. Thanks for the help.
