Last night a group of us ran through a couple of silver challenge multiplayer matches, and after each, the awarded xp and credits disappeared. My character leveled twice, we got to see the medal screen and everything,. Then after I put in the talents for the character, and went to switch to another of the same class, it reverted back as if I had never even been in the match. All xp and credits were lost. It happened to all of us in the group. I tried a couple of bronze runs on my own after that, enough to level once, and it did the same thing. Anyone else have this problem or a fix for it?
Loss of experience and credits.

I lost almost 30k credits twice, had a level up get reset, lost my character name and customized appearance, AND was unable to connect to the server for over an hour even though my three squad mates could all connect. One of them lost his credits and level up as well. I just want to know if we are going to get our commendation packs, because all this happened right after we beat the Reapers on silver.

Was happening to me all last night... leveled my turian soldier to lvl 4 on bronze, got 15+K went to the store, went to level one and 455 credits. Tried again, same results after a bronze cept i lost the 6 levels i gained...

I lost 145k credits last night. 2 gold runs wasted. We even got a perfect score on the second one! 75,000 credits from one match, vanished when I clicked on the store. It also happened to one other in our group of 4.
Edit: Let me clarify.... First game, got around 70k credits. Went to the store, and dropped back down to the 27k that I had before the last game. Then, after another gold run, received 75k credits, and they too vanished when I went to the store. Needless to say, I was very dissapointed.

As of last night I also lost a handful of XP and credits, along with the three friends in my team. I noticed I lost my Xp and credits as I tried to access the store. Also, as i tried to purchase packs, I would receive an "error, transaction still pending message" blah blah blah.
I accessed the store once more the following morning to see if the error was still present. It has seemed it has resolved itself, but I am unfortunately shying away from ME3's MP('Killing Me Softly" plays in the background) experience until this problem is fully abolished and some sort of compensation is given to the community for all that wasted effort! :'-[

How do i report this to bioware? All the credits I earned last night vanished almost instantly. I have called support and they were little help. i completed three silvers, two against the reapers for the victory pack(i didnt know that we should get it tomorrow) and one against cerberus. I also finished a bronze to make sure that i was seeing this all correctly. I lost all of the exp and credits that i earned and so did the rest of my squad. I am completely confused right now and hope that this will be resolved quickly.

Sorry to hear that so many others had the same problem I did. It didn't happen last night but it seems that what was lost so far is just gone. I've tried to treat it like the bug for the store and I don't go into the store at all if I'm in a group of randoms. If I'm with friends, we all stay unreadied until we are set. I don't know if that made the difference, but it was worth the try.
