Is anyone else having the semi-consistant problem where the activation hotspots on various objects simply done align to the reticule thats indicating them?

Several times I've had to sit and look around for about 5 minutes to find the correct location that will allow me to press a button, but sometimes its several inches away, ie. to open a door, don't press the panel, look near the top of the door. Even zooming does nothing, as it simply isn't where its supposed to be.
