0 for 4 if you count Awakening (Even though that seems like heaven compared to this)
Bioware, you're starting to lose your unshakable credibility here.....

Pretty much, remember that short window where we had da1 and me2 in quick succession?

I understand the criticism for DA2 and ME3, which game was the third?

SWTOR.

Apparently.

Personally I don't hate it, but I can understand why people do.

It's just a bad ending. It doesn't make the rest of the game bad.

the only problem of mass effect 3 is the ending, dragon age 2 for me it was a good game and i didn't play SWTOR so i can't have an opinion about it

This. Also, I quite like DA2. Beta of SWTOR seemed quite good, havent follow it after that, whats wrong with it? Awakening was quite good, what bugs the hell out of me is the fact that I cant import my dead Warden withou him being ressurected.

this.

i dont have a pc that can handle SWTOR...but if it was made AVAILABLE for the xbox360..i would play it.

awakening wasnt bad...DAII however......terrible...but i still consider it a isolated incident.

ME3's only MAJOR issue  was  the "ending" or lack thereof. Everything else was forgivable....cuz the game was EPIC!! one of the best games i have ever played.

the bad ending doesnt mean it is a bad game...just means for one reason or another we were given a bad ending.

How can you say that!

The combat was clumsy the sub-plots were the same no matter what you decided in ME1 or ME2 or who died in 1 and 2.

The fetch questions of scanning were mind-numbing than the scanning of minerals.

The squad mates had very little story and character interaction.  The inventory system was pointless and mostly redundant as the game can easily be finished using the armour sets you can buy.

And those the only things I can think of right now but I'm sure there are more.

Oh yes Tali's face!

The way things end is a summation of the quality of the entire thing. A poorly written ending says that the writers thought it was as good if not better than everything that came before it. The fact that they're all so abysmal reflects poorly on the rest of it. This makes the rest of the three games bad, because it remnds you of where it is all going to end up.

Star Wars: The Old Republic isn't really something that should be pinned on Bioware, the same way Mass Effect and Dragon Age can be.

Sure, it's the Bioware family lable, but it's Bioware Austin, not Edmonton.

Not that that is any solace in regards to the other missteps.

They are 2/3 for me - 1 Swtor / .5 DA2 / .5 ME3 (to be updated to a full 1 easily once the fight resumes)

I love Swtor - but I am a single player rpg type.. I can see how MMO heads might not love it (funny, since it's an MMO right?).

I liked DA2 too.. and started a second playthrough straight away, but then stopped as I realised I didn't like it as much as I thought, and kicked off another DA:O run.

ME3 I loved until the end, then raged, then thought and had the realisation, then was in Awe.. now waiting for the Awe to be fulfilled..

:bandit::bandit:/:bandit::bandit::bandit:   - 2 banditos, out of 3.

It doesn't matter where it was developed!  Bioware is Bioware if they are going to open new offices then they are responsible for the quality of work that those offices put out.

I think people are going a little overboard saying that ME3 was a bad game because of a few issues and a bad ending. True the ending was terrible but up until that point I thought it was an amazing game.

DA2 on the other hand....yeesh. It's hard to believe da2 and the mass effect series came from the same company.

SWTOR is not bad. But it's just quite boring after a while.
It's very fun at first, because it's "a MMO but with a single player story", which makes it quite interesting.
But after a while the novelty dries, and you are left with a game where the two parts (MMO and single player) kills each other (single players being a drag due to the "long term/slow" progression of a MMO, MMO made pointless by the single player approach, and the world feeling like a serie of walled-in places and not like an open world).
They also just followed the leader (WoW) by going all super-casual, and it's a pretty stupid idea to offer a copy when people can have the original. If people leave WoW, it's not to find the same, but worse. Either be better, or offer a game philosophy that isn't already given by someone who does a better job at it.

I had fun with it for a month, then it killed time for another. Then I've been totally bored, and in the past three weeks I've only launched it twice, each time more because I had nothing to do and wanted to chat with friends online, not because I actually wanted to play.

Sure, but the rest of the game, despite being good, was rife with flaws. People just forget them because they focus on the endings, but the auto-dialog, the lack of choices, the deus ex machina story, the ridiculous animations, the "spacebar does everything", the day-1 DLC and so on were complained about quite a bit before the ending bonanza started and eclipsed it all.

I don't understand. 0 for 3, what does that mean? The games weren't perfect? They didn't please everyone? I'm just not sure what you're tallying there.

Ah, thanks.

I didn't play SWTOR, so wasn't sure about the problems with that game.

Didn't play SWTOR...don't play MMO's so I can't say on that but ME3 is a miss the way it is now...I actually liked DA2(yes I know I'm in the minority but the freedom of mages was something I wanted to explore since DAO so for me it worked even with the many...many...many bugs it had)....and I actually thought they stepped up their game with Legacy and Mark of the Assassin...as far as dlc's are concerned they were pretty good.

Mass Effect 3 was great, it was just the ending, and i dont think it ruins ME 1 or 2.
I never played SWTOR so I dont know.
I personally enjoyed playing DA 2

I liked ME3 for the most part (ability to carry any weapons you want was pretty cool).

Just didn't care for the ending, and the face import was a slight hassle, but I was able to recreate it.

Wow. QFT, dude. I feel the same.

And this opinion is just as valid as anyone who wants to scorchearth all three of those games.
