Lol, ME3 is in the middle of the fire now. I saw an article in USA Today.
In a bloody magazine.

Yep pretty normal for a game to drop a lot like that and continue to until a price drop at majors...like Rage up 47% which also had a pretty horrid ending...

Last week’s No1 and No2 both shuffle down a place with ‘Mass Effect 3’ (-74%) now at No2

Well just like a blockbuster movie I would imagine the second week to drop off like that as most people get new games right away right? I could be wrong, dunno

Just a meaningless number. Please give us something to compare it with.

Ouch... I hate to see how Bioware's going to fix that one.

Yes, sort of. Good / popular games can buck that trend though.

If the data is accurate it falls in line with how DA2 sold. Once the pre-orders and 'sight unseen' buyers went away, the sales tanked.

I believe DAO week three and four sales matched (or exceeded?) those on release week.

Kind of meaningless unless we know what the typical drop off in sales of a blockbuster game is.

Well, as far as movies go, an opening to second week drop-off of 40% or more is generally accepted as "destined to bomb."

It's just meaningless numbers. For all what's worth, every consumer that wanted ME3 already has it at this stage, so of course the number of sales is going to drop.

It's completely irrelevant.

We Are The Harbinger Of Your Demise.

Ill be honest though I am a little torn on this, on one hand it shows we mean business.. but on the other...its hurting a company I loved before this nonsense....

Regardless

ME2 lost sales soon after as well. No real surprise here either.
