Is this really a surprise? Most people got the game on launch day or close to launch day, its no surprise sales dropped since most people who wanted it likely have it by now.

I'm with you guys holding the line, but some of you need to cut the venom. The ending sucked, it annoyed me just as much as everyone else, however if we let emotion cloud rational thinking, we'll only do a disservice to our cause.

What else can we do? Money is the only language EA speaks. If it is simply complaining with nothing to back it up they can ignore us. Cause they are still getting money.

And taking the fun from people who had it is the way? Taking your own fun, I might add, as those games entertained you as well or you would so not be here. Again, you are happy that a game maker you love is making less money then a game maker you don't give a damn about. With this you encourage game makers to make games you don't give a damn about, as they don't make them look bad. That is so awkward.

If you do care about mass effect, and want to make it better, then you provide criticism, but you aren't happy about the company having less assets to actually comply with your wishes. A cow should be milked until it gives milk, but once it is on its death, it should be killed. If ME3 becomes as unprofitable that it can no longer be sustained, the best cource of action is to simply close it. Put it on a shelf and good bye, go on for a new game, for this or another target group, which is more beneficial and lucrative.

So be careful not to shoot over the horse.

I am upset, because BioWare was the only game company I enjoyed the games of. So if they are hurt, my chances of having any decent games to play converge to zero. Which isn't happy news to me. Ne matter how many flaws I found or didn't find in games.

We have a saying in Hungary: don't pour out the baby with the bath tub.

That happens with every single game.

It's funny that your avatar looks like Casey Hudson.

Yeah it does :P

And I hope it hurts EA, it's the only way they'll listen, when they experience loss of profit.

Or they cut their losses and scrap all DLC plans? Just to play devil's advocate.

I imagine it's probably because 90% of people who were going to buy ME3 bought it in it's first week.
If anything that shows how invested people are (or were) in the series.

Ok... so, I hate to poop on your parade, but do you guys honsetly believe that all of your annoying ranting is whats causing sales to drop? Even though you already bought the game. You don't even for a second think that maybe, those who wanted the game... already bought it? OMG ITS MAGIC!

And the only thing that ultimately kills sales is a bad game. The ranting is just a byproduct.

In our case it's ending, but I agree.
