Yeah, several people have complained. The forums were buggy already and all the extra traffic is really taking it's toll, just keep trying.

Apparently the best way for the xbox is in-game. Not sure about the pc version.

FINALLY! Managed to redeem the codes. Now I just have to install the game.

I redeemed my Stone Prisoner code, but it keeps barfing on the blood dragon armor saying unrecognized code. Anyone else getting an issue like that?



Also didn't get any preorder bonuses from the EA store. Little bit pissed about that too. On top of it the retarded "Social networking" page doesn't work very well and the DLC downloader in-game had the ****s before it finally started working. This has been needlessly a pain in the ass.

It did something like that with me for my Wolf Charm, but the second time I put it in, it recognized it. it may just be a matter of putting the code in until it's recognized. Unless someone goofed and you've got a code that's already been redeemed.

I redeemed the codes here. A message said it´s successfully redeemed. No downloadable content has appeared yet in the in game menu though!? Is it because it´s not open for download until the official release, which should be 4pm Est?

I bought my version off Steam and have yet to receive any sort of promotional code via email or message on the social site. Will my activation codes be provided to me once I start the game up, or do I need to open a customer support ticket with somebody?

I got my stone prisoner and blood dragon armor and my collector's working, but my feal wolf and memory band hasn't appeared in the DLC menu. Plus, I can't register my game. Not that big of a deal, since the wolf charm and memory band will probably get replaced by better items, but I'd have been pretty pissed off if the Stone Prisoner had a problem.

I got my blood armor to work but took many hours of trying to work. I did manage to get the game registered first though so I don't know if they are connected at all.

The game isn't released yet on Steam.  You'll probably get an e-mail sometime on or around noon Pacific time.  I have it on Steam, too, and no e-mails of any sort.  Not like it really matters for me, as I'll be at work.

My guess is the promotional codes for steam will be sent out once the game activates, which is several hours from now.

Exact the same problem here - There was even a message about the Code being successfully redeemed and IN ADDITION and error message about the code being invalid. I don't hope the code is defunct - would ****** me off greatly.

Wait a day or two if you can, if you don't get anything then contact customer support. I recommend the same thing for anyone who hasn't received a promo code, you spent your hard earned money buying from a specific place so make a fuss about it. As for anyone who has faulty codes, you can try the same thing, but chances are they already know about it and are hopefully getting on top of it so all we can really do is wait.
