Same problem. I got a message saying successfully redeemed but got no download and the content is not in my received tab.

Nobody actually knows. General concensus is that if there's no problem, we'll get an email right around release/unlock with the codes. They may be distributed via steam's in-house "check CD key" function, so check that too before opening support tickets.

I dont know about that, the site got hammered last night but i did end up getting everything. Even when it said the site was to busy and to try again later it was downloading in the background.

The only thing not working for me was the game registration.

i already "Redeemed" my codes in game under download content, i got the journeys and cc items to download but after i entered my codes i didnt get any of the items and now it wont let me redeem them again...so i lost the dragon armor, wolf charm and band? good thing i didnt use my stone prisoner code yet...what a load of crap.

With some I get successfully redeemed and others I got Invalid but even with the redeemed ones nothing at all shows up on any of my downloadable content pages

Is it me or nothing works? Nothing in the dowloadable content and the instructions provided on the voucher lead nowhere...

I had to log off of my account and back on before redeemable stuff appeared in the downloads tab.

i managed to redeem my codes but funny thing was, after i put in the code and hit 'redeem' button it gave me ' invalid code '. but when i typed my code and hit 'enter' i got 'code redeemed'

i had to log off and log on in game for new content to start downloading but i think it worked.

No the collector edition items you pick up in camp. you should be able to see one of them in bag.

Si777's advice worked. You enter your code and hit enter instead of the redeem code button. Enter the game and hit the downloadable content button. When you log in go to the installed content tab and you should see your items.

I purchased my game from EA and its a nightmare..I finally was able to register the game after logging in using my EA login and copied the code from the email and it didnt have any dashes in it and then hit enter and it finally registered the game..but the second email EA sent with my Deluxe Edition Code had dashes and it wont take no matter what I do so.....good luck all

I just kept entering it till it worked, and refreshed the ingame thing. Took like 10 tries but it worked for all 3.

Have to agree .... it was a mistake that was entirely unlike bioware ... but why would you trust the only system you've given us to redeem our pre-order codes, to a site that you publicly acknowledge is in open beta, and has portions that are 'missing, lagging or broken' .... thumbs down on that decision.

I also had to relog to make my armor show up, but i still dont have the lucky stone ring???

any1 kno how 2 get the Lucky Stone ring? I thot it was free w/uploading my pre-created char in-game but I don't see it anywhere. I had to relog restart the dwnld 4 the blood armor but that didn't fix the missing ring. any ideas?

Hahah show you how inept I am .... I can't even find where to enter my codes so I can be dissapointed LOL. Was a real chore just getting to the right documentation to get my registration key. Must all be part of some "Master Plan"........ oh well any help on where I can find the Promo Code Redeemer would be appreciated

i got everything so far (the golem is still downloading). to get the blood armor i just logged out of the game and went back in and there the armor was, available to download

I bought from Impulse and I've redeemed my codes and nothing is showing up in the available content window. I've been trying for about 4 hours now to get it working to no avail. This is incredibly ridiculous.
