I do want to experience it again, with multiple Shepards.
But then when I start up the game, I remember the ending, then rage, then tell myself it's not worth my time until I get a definitive answer from Bioware as to whether or not they will eventually change the ending. Because if they do, I'm replaying all of my Shepards again to cleanse my memory of the original abomination.
I will replay ME3. One day. That day isn't any time soon, though.
yeah how I feel too

Never has a video game done this to me. I thought it wasn't possible, I actually have much more important things to worry about but I can't get off this forum.

Honestly, probably because of the ending, all actions leading to the same event kinda kills replay value for me.
Although if they released a good / variable ending DLC, patch, etc. I'd probably replay the heck out of it.
This. Sorry.

I can't look at it. That's how bad this is, I've been feeling the consequences for two days now. I know it's completely silly but that's what happens when you care.
This.
I have started up 3-4 different games in the last week, but I just don't feel like playing them.

I think we're damn lucky to have a game like this on the shelves. & I'm sure whatever Bioware chooses to do with extra content will add additional pleasure to the experience.
Yes, agreed. The ending game me pause, but I was extremely happy with ME3 as a whole. I've decided to replay ME1-2-3 for fun, because it's interesting seeing how games have evolved over the years.

I could play Assassin's Creed II again because despite the bad ending, I know my questions will be answered in the next game(s).
I can't play Mass Effect 3 again because, even though the action is fun and the setting is brilliant, it is story-driven. The two most important things in the game are the story and the characters. And, every moment of the main story through all three games builds up to one point. One specific point, at one specific point in time, at one specific place - during the battle for Earth, at the Citadel Hub. And that point sucks.
Mass Effect is driven by its story and elements of choice. The ending ruins both of those for me - it's like a rollercoaster where you have a few ups and downs, all going up a large hill, but at the top turns out to be the unloading station, not the drop you were expecting. The choices mostly don't matter, because I can't see their results and I refuse to be forced to "imagine" the results. If I buy the last book in the Harry Potter series, I expect to have resolution at the end, not a giant page full of line that says "What do YOU think happens next?" after Voldemort kills him.

OP, if you are contented. Good for you. The readers of this thread are now aware of that sentiment.
It is my humble opinion that this thread is a waste of time. The replayability of the game is as subjective a response as your identification with as much.
To readers displeased with the ending and wishing to consider alternatives to feeding trolls. Please peruse the following thread (if you have not done so already), you may find it to be informative and somewhat more conducive to your interests:

I can't help but feel you'll all feel very dumb when you reflect on your hysteria a few months down the line.

For instance, I can't think of a single video gaming moment that moved me as much as when I re-united the Geth & Quarians. Which was made all the more enjoyable because of my character's emotional attachment to Tali. You betcha I'm going to experience that again.
Because the ending makes what you did there mean nothing.

I'm not going to lie, I enjoy winding you people up. But I also happen to disagree with "95% of the toys out the pram" nonsense that's getting chucked around this forum at the moment.

So you are confirmed to be a troll.

Honestly, I mustered a 2nd playthrough...but boy, did it feel like a complete chore. It was literally just to go back and pick up/explore the things i missed on my first playthrough...but the ENTIRE TIME i was playing through the 2nd time I kept thinking, "this is all for nothing, why the heck am I playing this again? I'm just going to get emotional and then be completely let down in the end." You're right, OP...the game presents some amazingly emotional moments that...are completely destroyed by the ending when you put it all into context.
Needless to say, it's impossible to play this game until the ending is fixed - this goes for any future SP DLC that's released that doesn't change the ending as well. I mean, who the heck wants to invest more time into a game where the ending reflects NOTHING that you're actually accomplishing throughout the game?
