They had a walking IGN advert in the game, what do you expect?

Well, beyond the 80bit part, it gets insulting. Too bad, that they aren;t willing to see we have a point. I hope people both at IGN, and those using IGN to get their game information, start to realize what is going on, and that ridiculing a position isn't good for anyone.

I feel that mocking someone shows a lack of respect for the other person. I also believe that as long as we respect one another, there isnt a situation or issue where we do not understand one another, and cannot come to an understanding.

I've never really posted anything inflammatory, trollish, or even all that unnecessarily negative on any forums in all my experience with such sites. That said, IGN has proven themselves to be ignorant pricks. IGN employees who perpetuate this crap are trolls of the worst kind, attacking their own fan base.

Bioware is the company taking all the heat, and not once have I seen their employees lash out at one of us, regardless of how rudely they may have been treated. IGN is clearly staffed, at least in part, by childish, unprofessional amateurs.

IGNorant, indeed.

When it comes to IGN fact-finding on this situation they stick their fingers in their ears and go "LA LA LA LA LA" whenever someone brings up a valid point.

The only thing they do is dropping down their credibility and show their true colors as ''EA Lapdogs''

Their ''groupie '' fans can only carry them for so long.

What happens when IGN falls on it's face?

I was worried when I saw a Ron Paul sign in one of their videos once..........but this is too much.

IGN treats the fans worse than anything I've ever seen posted on these forums.

That was fairly funny but maaaan could these guys do anything else to make it look like BioWare bought them off? Sticking up for the developer's hurt feelings eh? Kinda seems like you know them personally, IGN.

yea this whole fiasco has certainly opened my eyes to who's credible. Not saying they have to agree with us but attacking a fan base because of a vocal "opinion" is childish. But good to know who's side IGN and the likes are on, makes it easier to ignore the fluff and that stupid reporter Allers.

Realy? this passes for humour? WOW IGN just WOW
I guess I wont be using IGN either now

I would like to ask anyone from Bioware

Are you ok with a site that you support refering to your fans like this? making sweeping generilisations about many people who actualy CARE about a game you made ?

Technically IGN is going argumentum ad hominem on the people behind the points instead of adressing the points themselves. When you resort to such arguments - you admit that you have already lost.

So reading between the lines here they basically said. "You guys don't know ****, developers are always right."?
