Just when I thought my opinion of them couldn't get any lower. If you're going to disagree with us at least do it in a fashion that actually makes you look like a professional.

They make some good points.

But remain douches.

That was fairly funny but maaaan could these guys do anything else to make it look like BioWare bought them off? Sticking up for the developer's hurt feelings eh? Kinda seems like you know them personally, IGN.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that you aren't aware that the reporter girl who you can invite onto the Normandy isn't modelled after Jessica Chobot, one of IGN's video hosts.

So reading between the lines here they basically said. "You guys don't know ****, developers are always right."?

They need to say those things, otherwise they couldn't exist - that and they indeed have a "walking and talking" advert within the game.

Was that really necessary IGN? I mean I knew that IGN had gone down hill before this happened, but seriously that was just pathetic.

At this point, Ign and Destructoid remain the two gaming sites incapable of trying to understand the argument at hand. And it shows.

First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.

They probably just figured they can get more hits poking fun.

yea this whole fiasco has certainly opened my eyes to who's credible. Not saying they have to agree with us but attacking a fan base because of a vocal "opinion" is childish. But good to know who's side IGN and the likes are on, makes it easier to ignore the fluff and that stupid reporter Allers.

Seconded.  If anything, this whole thing has really shown which outlets are pretty much garbage in terms of journalism.  IGN is definitely never getting any pageviews from me at this point and it used to be a page I visited daily.

its been well known for a long time that ign(orance) is not a unbiased ''pro'' review site (and i use the term pro loosely) so why are you people still upset. its like asking fox news to tell the honnest truth. its just not gonna happen....

It's best we ignore IGN on this issue from here on out. They writers there clearly don't have an understanding - or rather don't wish to acquire the understanding - of what fans found so upsetting about the ending. The fact that Bioware has directly responded to us in what seems to be a serious tone indicates that IGN has had no effect in hampering the movement on any identifiable scale. Continue to Hold the Line.

They're just doing their part to ridicule a group of people that is threatening EA's ability to churn out titles as quickly as possible in order to make as much money as possible.

Instead of addressing the points of our argument, they elect to take the actions of the few and use them to generalize an entire group of disgruntled customers who bought a PRODUCT that they felt was falsely advertised and is thus flawed.

Over-funded Amateurs. Good to know what they're like, avoiding all future content from IGN.

Not really. They are just exaggerating their ridicule of this whole controversy.

Kind of like how people are exaggerating how the last 5 minutes of a franchise ruins an entire series.

the 8 bit part was awesome... Everything after that.. not so much.. well I guess IGN will not learn. but on the other hand USA today had another article about us, and forbes is still supporting the movement because were just being consumers who are not happy with a product.

What's this about a facebook poll? Did IGN conduct their own poll?

I was aware Chobot is Allers, although until ME3 I had no idea who Chobot is or what she did. I am not an IGN reader.
