Yeah at this point its clear that IGN is ignoring the obvious and just going for a full on smear mud throwing compaign to try to discredit the whole movement. Mostly like acting as a proxy... best to ignore them or if you do responded. Stay calm and speak the truth loud and clear. There is only some long the can keep beating the drum till it back fires and they start looking like fools.  They really are making themselves look like children...its rather amusing.

They are. Sort of.
But I wouldn't hold much credit to that. Can't quite recall the name of the website, but they reset their poll on the ME3 ending because people were too negative about it. Not subjective at all.

As I've said before a few times, if they (or anyone else, which isn't to say they aren't out there) responded to criticisms with reasoned counter arguments, I'd be more than happy to consider them. If the best they can muster is insults and mockery, I couldn't care less what they're saying.

As far as IGN goes, they're about as fine an example of corporate lapdog journalists as you're ever going to find. Their reaction is entirely unsurprising.

They're just doing their part to ridicule a group of people that is threatening EA's ability to churn out titles as quickly as possible in order to make as much money as possible.

Instead of addressing the points of our argument, they elect to take the actions of the few and use them to generalize an entire group of disgruntled customers who bought a PRODUCT that they felt was falsely advertised and is thus flawed.
