My appy-polly-ogies if this has been asked in advanced elsewhere but any searches could not find it. What is, in the opinions of my fellow DA players, the best helmet for a Sword and Shield Warrior? I've been using the Juggernaught set for the most part, but managed to procure the Superior Dragonbone Armour at last! Any advice would be most welcome. Many thanks in advance.

I think Helm of honnleath is the best helmet for anyone at all period

+2 everything and 4.50 armor

Edit : It matches blood dragon armors color too

I agree with that one. Too damn good not to have. Also gives just a small penalty to fatigue (1 or something). But you have to have the stone prisoner DLC in exchange.

I agree. Helmet of Honnleth is seriously op, best by a country mile

Tis a smidge overpowered and not too sure about the wings. What would be the next best helm after that one? I apologise if I sound fussy.

Then get a dragonbone plate heavy infantry helm

I didn't mind Bergen's Helm is you want something that 'matches' Blood Dragon, but since my last playthrough was an AW I preferred Warden Commander + Honnleath
