Hello,
I purchased Dragon Age Ultimate edition few days back. When I try to start a new game (being logged in, of course), pop-up appears claiming that DLCs I obtained in Ultimate edition pack are installed but cannot be used in the game because they are unauthorised. When I browse them in "downloadable content" in game menu, they are really marked as installed but unauthorised and I'm offered to buy them.
In my web profile I can see them all in "My registered game content" as registered.
Also, the armor for Mass Effect 2 I got in this pack works without problem.
There must be some problem in communication between my DA game and my profile. I tried to log out and in again, reenter my code, restart the game, the computer... nothing happens.
Any help, please? I'm getting quite dissapointed.
