What i want to see is full love scenes for ALL the LI's and not just the ME1 ones.
Fade to black is just so.... lacking... especially since several of the ME2 romances were also fade to black.

No, I wouldn't want a DLC like you described. It would be either the same mission for every possible LI - not very romantic. Or you'd need to play the whole game lots of times just to pursue every romance options to see every "love mission".
What if they were separated on the marketplace?

Well, yes if it's part of a larger content package. For example a series of missions (1-3) that deal with the background of a given character and expand on the romance. I could only see that as an expansion pack though - similar to Awakening for DA:O.
(Or, as someone said above, separate it for each character. Maybe make it a bit more substantial individually then.)

I think that $10 would be too much for multiple LI dlc.
If they were $5 bucks a pop, though, I'd definately get Liara, Ashley, and of course, Tali...

I suggested a "Characters" DLC in the Characters and Romance discussion board. Generally, more dialogue between Squadmates and Shepard.

If the the adjusted LI happened to be James Vega, that answer would be a resounding YESSSSSSS. Otherwise, I'd "consider" it until we had more information about what was involved.

If the fix the endings i would definatly buy a DLC that enrichered LI. it should be one that enriches ALL LI's at the same time in my opinion. otherwise some poor person might not get the character he/she wants. unless they make one big with all characters, and smaller with only 1 char in each.
of there should then be a pack for each diff character.
I really hope Aria becomes an possible and Persona rich LI if they make a DLC about her
she is the ultimate Renegade LI choice i think

I would support character+romance centered DLCs. Each ME2 character could be bundled, since only Jack and Miranda's are the only ones that aren't royally screwed (For spoiler reasons). I know I would definitely pay $5-$10 dollars to spend more time with Miranda.

Not right away. I think the level of "romance" in ME3 was just fine. I'd have to wait and see how well done and involved and potential DLC was before I bought it.

I can't commit to purchasing any DLC at this time, so no, I wouldn't pay for it.
But if they chose to do it, my opinion is that more content can never be a bad thing.

For Tali I've done so much for her already like I risked my mind going into the geth world, I fought a reaper on foot, I nearly got blown up by dumb admirals but yeah I still wouldn't mind her and me doing some unique things together but she really has to wait and give me some time to breathe I don't want to go through all the missions on Rannoch then for her to go, " Thanks shep! BTW can we go here and do this for me?" right after we get her homeworld back maybe she can ask after the game is finished can we do x for me.
I say I want one or more then one because I want to explore Rannoch but BW can you have shep wear a helmet or explain to me why I can be on Rannoch without a helmet because last Tali told me her plant life would be bad for my health as I'm a non Quarian soooo why can I go helmetless in the dessert? Also have them talk about this if they live here shep must wear a suit and have them hash out how different that woudl be. I want to explore her world in many terrains grasslands, mountains, ect mainly I want to free roam it sandbox style and explore above ground and in caves find relics of the Quarian empire and prothean beacons that will overlap and lead me to places in the galaxy for more prothean things and missions to do.
I wouldn't mind this LI quest DLC to also include one or more for shep himself so our LI would be supporting us too. Shep's background both service and childhood can come into play here LI insists on coming because they know of these places because they read shep's file or he told them and they'll flat out tell you I want to go with you because I know how traumatic these places were for you, let me come and help. There has to be more of a reason for shep to be thrown back into these zones other then an email saying we thought you might want to go back to the most traumatic place of your life to find dog tags maybe Cerberus is there in some cases, or teams have gone missing in those spots, Mindior reaches out to shep begging for help the reapers are attacking them, or something else but shep knowing these locations feels he should go there because he doesn't want someone else going through the trauma he had to endure all that time ago.
These packs would also be a goodway to roll in the improved versions of the LIs moment in the game bring them all up on the quality so they feel just as satisfying and fulfilling as the Garrus x fshep romance line with moments of ups and downs for both partners and unique origional no copy/paste break dates. We could also get more guns because shep can rarely seem to go anywhere and not get shot at and new clothing for the entire crew.
The onlything I can't comment much on is should this dlc be one per LI and really jam pack it full of things so we've got a few more hours onto the game with that LI and shep in mind or should they combine it as LI 1 - 3 per DLC expand upon the content ingame but add in one or two new things.
