You must not have much RL experience if you think ME "romance" is actually romance. A handful of brief convos that result in sexytime is not "romance".

You can count on my support. Thane is no romance for me, but since that guy told my Shepard he's a friend he feels a bit guilty for not being able to save his friend. Pretty much that.

Funny. If BW would have added more stuff'n'fluff for each romance, people would have whined "ME is no dating sim" - and now you say it's too little to call the stuff "romances". 
Know what? My real romance (we're together for more than two and a half years) started just a week after the first date. It literally took no more lines of dialogue than the entire Ashley romance spanning three games to get in touch with that girl. And I'm still with her.

So ... it works

I would be willing to pay for romance DLC that:

- showed Tali's face rendered in-game (yes, I'm still rather bitter over that...)

- gave Tali and Garrus an actual love scene that had as much effort put into it as the ones for Liara, Kaidan, and Ashley did. (not that I romanced them, but you can add Steve and Samantha to that request, too)

- gave Shepard, provided he/she survived the highest EMS Destroy ending... A F***ING REUNION WITH HIS/HER LI AND/OR CREW


On that last note, yeah, I still want my house on Rannoch.

I want a romance DLC so bad. But it must have:

- James Vega as an LI
- More scenes in each romance
- A REUNION WITH HER LI AND CREW
- Save Thane

Alot could be done regarding the conversations aboard Normandy. Somehow after yet another play through, I still feel some were overlooked compared to others. And the ones that got the most attention happen to be the ones that are most popular.

Now that may seem logical, but a developer needs to bring out the romance in all the characters. not play favourites. Unless they ran out of development time.

Or were handed Jacob's romance.

I can understand why some are upset with romances such as with Jack, Jacob and Thane, but the rest were handled pretty well. Miranda got plenty of content.

Yeah , why not . I think , the romance scenes between tali , was so pure . There could be more like them.

Compared to Jacob, Grunt 'n co? Yeah, Miranda got a lot of content. Compared to Garrus, Liara, EDI and Javik? Miranda got nothing. Same for Ashley, who, if you remove the option to get her back, doesn't have much more lines than Miri.

Thing is: people who're no fans of certain characters will say: "certain character X has enough stuff" while fans most likely will say "character X has not enough". I know several Liara fans who say "Liara doesn't have enough stuff" - for example.

Doesn't matter, imho. What does matter is mutual support for any romances. Ask me: if it increases chances for a Virmire DLC featuring Kaidan and Ashley, I'd love to support a DLC that gives Liara more stuff. I'd do the same for Thane, Tali, Miranda, all those guys, as long as I get back some support from those fans. Remember Hackett's words: stand strong, stand together.
