I made entire characters about Akuze and Toombs. You get an email in 2 saying he's disgusted how you are working for Cerberus even after they tortured him and says you better watch your back.
No confrontation.
So stupid. And instead we get ****ty DA 2 style fetch quest. So glad I passed on this game for now.
Edit: No Sidonis?! WTF?!

Biotic god? Really? I mean, sure, the likes of Gianna or Shiala I would've wanted to see. They had fairly big roles back in ME. But I won't complain they didn't bring back every single little episodic character.
This. There was some stuff that seemed for sure that it was being set up for ME3, like Gianna & Shiala looking like potential love interests, but stuff like the Biotic God, Elnora, Morlan, Lorik Quin, etc.? Kind of low on the priority list. Wouldn't be surprised if we see some of them in DLC though.

Toombs was mentioned in one of the news stories that you can overhear on the terminals at the Citadel...
Wait, what?
Damn, I want the spoilers. Can you PM me what it said?

The lack of actual side quest and side characters, and the abundance of fetch quest (we all loved those in DA2) is just more evidence that ME3 was rushed.
yes...very mediocre the secondary missions, only talk with x character(no cinematic, choice, dialog, etc)and browse a artefact for the character..
and with the profile and origin no have consecuences in ME3?with my female shepard have a friend(girl called talitha),she survived of torfan, she appear or no?
or the origin space( amiliy of shepard)no have consecuences?
Don't worry, Bioware made up for it with gay sex.

Yeah but then many complained hey we saw all these people from ME1 on Illium what a coincidence running into all of them and some things less nice. Also with all the paragon vs. renegade rage wars with no content vs. favoritism. Is it any surprise BW during a war zone mind you made less cameos?Hello Man wrote...
None of them appear. The writers could have made the story deeper not to mention a little more humor to ME3 if they added them. Everyday you seem to find a lost opportunity.

Snap. Plus scanning the keepers in 1 (email in 2) and that corporate investigator woman (Noveria in 1 and Illium in 2).
What happened there?
Agreed. Parasini would be a legit replacement for Allers as a LI. Just saying.

If that's the case, can you imagine what it would have been like if they stuck with the original November 2011 release date?

Why are people getting so upset about minor characters at best? They can't bring EVERYONE back every game. It's already ridiculous enough that Shepard runs into so many people he's met anyway, oftentimes in the most random of places.
It's fine if it fits, but some of the stuff felt forced, unnecessary, and awkward. Take the Conrad Verner scene which in one swoop tiies in with the Elkoss License, The Matriarch Writings, and like 2-3 other random quests.

It's bad enough that pretty much everyone here has a "CHANGE ENDING NOW" sig, but of course even that's not the tip of the iceberg for your demands.
Bioware has given us a STORY DRIVEN ACTION SHOOTER and I for one am happy enough to play what I was given and be content with it.
I mean, what were you guys expecting? A compelling RPG with a large cast of unique characters, an immersive sci-fi environment that encourages exploration, a non-linear combat system that rewards players for thinking beyond the run-and-gun system, and a great selection of enemies to fight that range from indocrtined Krogan warlords to remnants of the Batarian military out for revenge?
I mean, did you really expect them to fit all that into a $60 game?

I'd be willing to pay $100 and wait 5 years for a game like that. Throw in some political intrigue and I'm sold.SgtHydra wrote...

Same here.
Add in a complex Reaper battle (which should not be anything like "fire ion cannon 3 times" and needed to be more like a boss battle from God of War), and I'm sold.
