Grissom Academy problem

Okay, so I entered Grissom Academy and everything seemed fine until I actually played and well... I have no powers whatsoever. (apart from unity) My squadmates have their powers, but I don't. This is NG+ too if it matters. So yeah any fix on this glitch? (I also tried resetting/turning the game off etc)

I've had my powers lock but reverting to the last save fixed. I had an issue on that mission, right before you fight the first atlas with the biotic bombarders. Squad got locked in room behind me and had to kill everything by myself on insanity. Squad mates dropped from thin air after fight was done. That mission in general is buggy. Had it freeze once too.

So I tried reloading from my earliest save and go to a different mission this time and all my powers are STILL gone...
