Does Bioware have public issue tracker.

For example I have following issues:

1. cannot import face from ME2 for character originated in ME1
2. being stuck in environment - usually at Jokers
3. character's face lost after resuming game

I would like just to know if some of these issues are registered and if it will be ever solved. I played once game and want to wait to at least face import is fixed and I do not known if it is ever gonna be fixed.

Otherwise technical quality is good (e.g. Nvidia SLI scaling perfecly on release date, hands down), just point 1. i.e. face is blocker for me now because I have more complicated face for my one of three characters.
