Well that's what the ghost child says, could just be a glitch or an oversight. But some could also use it as proof for the indoctrination theory.

Blue ending was James and Liara (my squad for the last mission)

Green was EDI and James, Joker and EDI were together and hugged

Red, no one because I rushed through that play through and had such low EMS, the kid only gave me the destroy option and the credits rolled right as the Normandy door was opening. I did notice though that both my squadmates were dead at the conduit.

I watched for this and the icons were not grayed out... I don't know what to think about all that. It is nice to read from all of you about all this combinations. M.

A bit more information for you, but I also had EDI romance Joker and had her in my final run and she didn't show up in my Destroy ending.

Maybe the Catalyst didn't know about EDI? Even TIM didn't realize how far she'd advanced until near the end of the game. But if the destroy ending wipes out the Geth, it would surely wipe out EDI because she had Reaper code, too. Personally, I think he was just lying. I got the impression he was trying to convince Shepard that Destroy was the worst choice. 'The Reapers will be destroyed buuuut you'll lose most of your technology and all the Geth will die' as opposed to 'Yes, you'll be able to control us!' or 'It'll be the ultimate evolution!'

I think if you choose red ending and own From Ashes DLC it chooses the most renegade character of the lot as your third (face it, Javik was a renegade) . Which would explain EDI being there on the green ending. Not sure about blue, never done it.

My last playthrough, I did the synthesis ending which, while everyone else in the galaxy is screwed over by Shepard (the ultimate Reaper hehe) its kind of a nice romantic happy ending for Joker and EDI. All that cybernetics Joker gets probably help his bone disease

 For some reason my game wasn't glitchyB) I broght Kaidan and James on the mission and Joker Tali and Javik came out of the Normandy. Used blue space magic.
