I was playing online and decided to buy a Veteran and Spectre Pack with Microsoft Points, but they wouldn't download for some reason while some that I bought before downloaded right away. So then I went back to the ME3 store to get my Packages but it got stuck on Checking For Downloads popup and I couldn't even back out of the lobby so I had to Dashboard, and when I did I got Notifications that my downloads were finished so I went back to the game and the store loaded correctly but it didn't give me any of my purchases. I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else and if there's anyway I could get my Microsoft Points back.

i believe bioware is trying to resolve this issue
